The dog’s reaction is so precious!(Video)

So you have a baby or you’re having one… Congratulations ! This is an exciting time in your household, and everyone is looking forward to the new arrival with great anticipation. Everyone, that is, except maybe the furry four-legged member of the family, who may have been occupying the special spot that will soon be filled by that squirmy, noisy, smelly new thing. With a little forethought and planning, though, the addition of your new baby doesn’t have to be traumatic for your dog … or you.

Chiko, a one-year-old Shiba Inu, appeared to want to help his little friend Leonardo Kuzmychova catch up on his rest. The pooch was giving a helping paw to make sure the two-day old had a good daytime nap. Leonardo’s mum Olesia was so touched by the adorable spectacle she rushed to capture the moment on video in the family home. But Chiko was unfazed he was being watched and kept on rocking little Leonardo in his cradle with his left paw. But what he did next is truly wonderful!

It’s so cute and comforting!

“Chiko was being so cute helping me with the baby that I had to film him. He had just walked up to the chair and started rocking it gently back and forth. He is very helpful and always ready to make sure his little brother is ok. I’m so happy he is here as it feels like my little family is complete now,” said Olesia. People who have seen the video have loved it, almost as much as Chiko loves Leonardo. Watch the video, this is the heart-warming moment the adorable dog rocks his newborn baby pal as he sleeps.
