A man is unexpectedly saved by a tiger from a charging leopard’s sneak attack

It’s apparently all fun and games but you can never be too careful when tending to a camp of zoo animals – especially when they are lions, leopard and tigers. Accustomed to being in contact with these big cats, Eduardo Serio, a Mexican who is the founder of the Black Jaguar-White Tiger Foundation, which protects big wild cats from smuggling, had not realized that one of them had decided to attack him playfully or not from behind. Where these large cats are bunched together, it is always a good idea to have your own personal bodyguard…in this case, Aztlan the tiger!

However, as he pats the tummy of one of the predators, a leopard can be seen in the background stalking handler who has his back turned. Keep an eye on the left of the screen as the leopard approaches…fortunately, another big cat that was larger than his aggressor intervened to defend Eduardo from the mischievous attacker! But as the spotted animal, whose name is Dharma, sprints towards Eduardo, a huge tiger leaps through the air and tackles the beast. The hero tiger, named Aztlan, had been sitting in the shade behind its trusted handler before showing split second reactions.

His own personal bodyguard!

Aztlan used incredible agility to catch Dharma and pin the leopard to the ground startling Eduardo. The leopard gets in a last reach at Serio’s leg, but the zookeeper and his bodyguard, Aztlan, puts him in his place. As he wrestles him to the ground Dharma seems to roll onto his back into a submissive position – but Aztlan still gives him a tap, as if to be telling him off. Some users have suggested that the leopard was only play fighting and that Eduardo was not actually in danger. Others were sceptical the tiger was trying to save Serio though…
