German Shepherd Meets Kitten For The First Time – The Dog’s Reaction Is Priceless
The dog’s reaction is priceless (Video)
There are known instances of big dogs instantly warming up to newly adopted kittens. Some cats are snuggle buddies with their dog friends. It is always concerning for the humans to see as the classic rivalry plays in the back of our heads. After all, there’s no way of telling how a cat or dog may react when confronted with the opposite. Beck, the German Shepherd, has every reason to look confused. When his family brought home a kitten by the name of Bleu, Beck was understandably hesitant to get to know this new small addition to his family.
“Our one year old German Shepherd dog, Beck, was very nervous when we first brought home our ginger kitten, Bleu.” Beck wasn’t too happy when Bleu arrived. But at least he wasn’t hostile. He never attacked or provoked the little guy. He’s a good boy. All it took was a little coaxing and assurance from their parents. And of course easing them bit by bit to interact with each other. “It took about a week before Beck figured out all Bleu wanted to do was play, and they’ve been best friends ever since. For the last six months they’ve been play fighting, fight fighting, chasing, and cuddling each other every day.”
The first contact
Beck realized that Bleu was just playful and all he wanted was to have fun. Now Bleu gets to pounce on him, playing with his ears and snout. Looks like Bleu made a new friend! Beck doesn’t even mind anymore. He lets Bleu get away with invading his personal space and even follows him around. Their owners must have unlimited amounts of energy just having to keep up with these two. Imagine the mischief and the mess everyday. Watch the video and see how these two became inseparable.
