Retired Police Dog Has Hilarious Reaction To Owner Saying ‘Cocaine’

Hilarious reaction (Video)

The German Shepherd – who is called Dante – now lives in Queensland, Australia, after being adopted when he retired from being a sniffer dog. The former police dog has rocked Social Media with the reminder that law enforcement is never off duty after the pup’s concerned reaction to hearing the word “cocaine” went viral.

He’s clearly not left the crime-fighting life behind him just yet, as the hilarious footage proves. In the clip, Davey Rutherford recently lit up the internet by rattling off a shopping list to his German Shepherd, throwing in a curveball at the end to see if his pet remembers the illicit substance he was once on high alert for.

He filmed the dog’s reaction to the name of the drug

His owner says: “All right, shopping list. Bread, milk, pasta, eggs, mayo, cocaine…” Dante remains pretty chilled as his owner lists each item, casually staring out of the window in front of him. But when Rutherford gets to the Class A drug, Dante suddenly spins round to look at him accusingly. Fortunately, the pooch’s owner is quick to let him know he’s “just kidding.” Watch the video, let’s just say this smart pooch obviously took his job very seriously.
