Adorable mistake (Video)
Puppies are undeniably adorable. Inevitably, though, they grow up. Sometimes it can be hard to tell what they will look like when they are all grown up. No one knows that better than this dog owner. When this woman adopted a small puppy, she knew that he wouldn’t stay that way forever. Still, she had no idea just how big he would actually get. She was in for the surprise of her life. His fluffiness is the first thing that catches attention, then his size.
Yumna is a woman who lives in South Africa. When she met this tiny puppy, she just couldn’t wait to adopt him. She took him home and named him Tydus. That was the beginning of one unique adventure. Titus is an Alaskan Malamute. These dogs are known for growing up to be pretty large, but Yumna wasn’t worried. This puppy was practically microscopic; she doubted he would really grow that much. Yumna couldn’t have been more wrong. Tydus began to grow…until his owner feared he would never stop. He began to look more like a bear than a dog! In the end, this teeny tiny pup grew up to be 120 pounds. This was a lot more than the woman was prepared for.
She couldn’t have been more wrong
Luckily, Tydus is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. He may be massive, but he is always gentle. Still, he doesn’t understand how big he really is. This enormous animal still thinks of himself as a puppy. He loves to crawl into people’s laps – which you can imagine absolutely crushes them! He loves to snuggle up to his owner, showering her with endless love and affection. Tydus is so big now, it is hard to believe he is the same dog as that little puppy that Yumna adopted. In addition to being monumentally massive, he is one big ball of fluff. Still, this sweetheart has the same adorable face he had in his youth. Yumna loves Tydus with all her heart, but she is so relieved that he stopped growing when he did. If he had gotten any bigger, she would not have been able to manage him. Watch the video, you will be impressed. Tydus is just as big as she is!
