The great escape! (Video)

The incredible determination of the dog who escaped from a Virginia animal hospital was caught on camera. General, a ten-year-old Great Pyrenees, managed to open four real, human-sized doors and sneak his way out of an animal hospital to freedom. He mounted his daring quest for liberation in the early hours of Monday morning. Security footage shows General using his snout and tiny dog mouth to first open the door to his pen in the vet’s office and stroll among its grounds. He then moseys his way around before stumbling upon a second door, which he easily opens like some kind of canine lock-pick.

When the staff arrived to work the next day, they didn’t find the dog. He disappeared without leaving traces during the night. That’s why, in panic, they decided to review the Security footage. They were speechless when they found out what happened. The way the dog had left the scene was unbelievable! Watching the video, you can see how it came out and left quietly his veterinary jail behind and never looks back.

“He’s a little Houdini. We knew he could get out of the door,” one of the Campbell children said. “We didn’t know he would be able to get out of those locks.” The family believes the dog escaped the animal hospital looking for them. Watch the escape of the dog in the video!
