Baby escapes from her room (Video)

Have you ever heard the expression ‘thick as thieves’? Well, if you have, these mischievous Golden Retrievers and their beloved tiny-human are the perfect examples of the phrase. Bleu and Colby may be two of the smartest dogs around as they wake up a toddler to help them steal doggy treats. Bleu and Colby have never wanted for anything, but 15 months ago, a new addition to the family meant they could now rule the roost. From the moment their humans, Chris Cardinal and his wife, brought home a newborn kid sister for them, called Chloe, they had a new partner in crime. Innocent baby Chloe would soon be taught the ways of the ‘bad dog’.

Colby immediately bonded with his new baby sister, but Bleu took a bit more warming up. However, as soon as he realized Chloe could be the meal-ticket they need, he latched on to her. When Chloe reached toddlerhood, they discovered that she was capable of doing more for them than giving them hugs. Little Chloe was much easier to persuade in to give them treats than their stingy parents. So, getting tired of waiting for somebody to bring the treats to them, they went straight to the source. Hatching an ingenious plan, they put it into action one night at 6.a.m. Thankfully, the nanny-cam managed to capture the whole thing for our viewing pleasure.

Their parents only cottoned onto their nightly antics when they found Chloe stood outside their bedroom door one morning. It was a mystery that she could be stood outside her locked room as Chloe is too small to reach her door handle. Upon checking the camera, they discovered the dog’s mischievous antics. Mom and dad also discovered it had been going on for quite a while too…They definitely knew what they were doing. They start getting real hungry around 6 a.m., and instead of barking outside our room, I think they figured they’d try the baby. Watch the hilarious video to see the clever pups in action as they wake Chloe for an early breakfast.
